Breaking Stereotypes

While American soccer has never really been considered "a man's game," the launching of the new Women's Professional Soccer league tomorrow still advances the notion that women are just as able to play pro sports as men are, at least when it comes to the beautiful game.

Besides, if any of you misogynistic misanthropes think a woman's place is still in the kitchen, Red Stars player Lindsay Tarpley has some bad news for you in her guest blog spot at the Tribune. These women can't cook. Seriously, spaghetti and salad "set the bar pretty high"?
