There's a saying that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. The hack is one of resolution. Surely there's a detail or two that are not actually the same. It becomes a matter of managing those details -- and they can be pretty big, obvious details, when you come right down to it -- to get the outcome you've been looking for, hoping for, or what have you. Whether I'm insane or finally getting important details right in this case remains to be seen, but it's leaning towards the latter at first blush.
Am I being deliberately obtuse? Damn straight.
