Bowled Over

I swear, I had no idea I could hurt myself this badly bowling. I knew hitting the lanes twice within seven days was a bad idea, I just didn't realize quite how bad.
Ow.
On Tuesday, I thought the back pain was from scrunching into airline seats. After knocking some pins back with some coworkers Thursday night, I now know that was an improper diagnosis.
Again I say, ow.
Between that and the cold, I'm not exactly in good shape here. I've been blowing my nose so much, my nostrils are in worse shape than Kate Moss' after an all-nighter.
Hey-yo! And, of course, ow.
