Watch Out

The Fire seem to be making the best of a bad situation by showing Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals on the Toyota Park big screen both before and at halftime of tonight's match with Colorado. I'd be surprised if they break 6,000 non-hockey-watching soccer fans.

That said, their plan for Saturday's USA-England match sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. I don't know if they quite grasp how big an event this is. It would have made a lot more sense to ask fans to RSVP so they could at least try to avoid turning away what will be a large number of disappointed fans.
