Amazing Feet

I'm not sure why, but Sunday's soccer game didn't aggravate my heel as much as past matches. It could be as simple as better stretching afterwards, or I got lucky and taped it up properly for better arch support.

As for the game, it took the entirety of the first half to get myself warmed up in goal. I just wasn't seeing the game very well, and the tentativeness with my foot made me really indecisive coming off my line. By the second half, I felt like a legitimate goalkeeper, but with this squad's offensive output, that isn't as hard as it might be otherwise.

While we did win by a five goals, I did manage a couple of good saves that preserved that margin.
