With all the flak they've gotten for taking their eye off the ball with regard to terrorism, the White House seems to be covering all their bases for the next go-round, by declaring the guys they want to bomb next as terrorists ahead of time, thereby making the argument that they're not fighting the terrorists moot by grand declaration. Genius!
