Rove's Real Legacy

NP: iPod on shuffle

I'm not going to think too hard about why Karl Rove is resigning, but I think his enduring legacy is that he has everyone conditioned to try to figure out some unseen ulterior motive. Despite the 2006 congressional elections, the perception that he's some kind of genius -- evil or otherwise -- won't seem to go away.
