Consistency of Thought

NP: Deftones, Deftones

One of the lines of attack the GOP spinsters are taking on this whole al Qaqaa mess is that Kerry is basing his agenda on the headlines of the day. Ken Mehlman has one quote about it as a campaign tactic, but I thought I saw something that said that this is what we might expect from a Kerry presidency.

On the one hand, that seems like an odd criticism, to say that current events shouldn't factor into one's message or one's overall goals, but when I think about it, this isn't the first time the White House has been a proponent of eschewing the latest news.
