Virtual Viewers

Being a bit Battlestar Galactica fan, I tuned in on Friday to watch Virtuality, which was supposed to be the pilot for a new series from Ron Moore, but ended up being a two-hour TV movie with no resolution.

I thought it was pretty damn good, with lots and lots of intertwining plots and interesting characters. And compared to, say, Joss Whedon's Dollhouse, I thought it was pretty straightforward in its premise. It's definitely something I would watch regularly. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like anyone else even gave it a shot, which means the online campaign to get the show picked up as a regular series has a long road ahead of it.
