Concerts or Beckham, But Not Both

Via Coolfer, Ticketmaster and Cablevision are lining up to buy half of AEG Live, the concert arm of Anschutz Entertainment that was supposed to be leveraging all these soccer-specific stadiums as concert venues. I'll have to check, but I think AEG divested itself of its stake in Toyota Park when Andell bought the team last year, so this is certainly consistent with the notion that they're getting the hell out.
