This could be the first in a series. Our first contestant, a Revolution fan named "Chowda" on the subject of MLS uniform design (emphasis mine):

I would love to see teams adapt their road uniforms depending on the home team. For example, DC would wear their perferred black away shorts when playing in Chicago, but they would wear white shorts when they play teams that have black or dark blue home shorts. This would make the game easier to watch and easier for the refs to call.

Because, clearly, the reason MLS referees seem like refugees from the school for the blind is because they can't keep uniforms straight from one week to the next. Brilliant!
