Something About Sound And Fury?

Nate Silver tackles the question of whether or not the country has become as polarized as the loud voices on the far left and far right would have you believe, and his results might surprise you. Unless, of course, you're used to reading analysis from Nate Silver, in which case it's pretty much what you would expect -- the numbers don't back up the lazy conclusions of the media.
