Getting Out Of A Tight Space

With all the ongoing problems that have beset the privatization of Chicago parking meters -- not to mention last weekend's bombshell accusation from The Reader that claims the city blew the pricing on the lease deal outright -- I'm starting to wonder if there's any sort of performance clause in the contract. Because if there is, the preponderance of episodes like this latest "technical glitch" might give Daley a chance at a do-over at the very least.
