A Bit Of A Stretch

NP: Pandora (Secret Machines Radio)

I get that Andrew Sullivan really, really hates Hillary Clinton, but citing that Clinton still leads Republicans, only by not as much as Obama as argument-ending proof that she's not electable? Really?

The real issue there, for me, is how that might change over the course of the general election. Would the anecdotal evidence of Clinton being able to win over people who used to hate her in New York hold up at the national level, or would the unrelenting fury of the right-wing media be able to wear her down in a head-to-head race, whittling down and ultimately flipping that margin in the other direction?
