So, I look at today's big political non-bomb shell, and immediately decide that the administration is going to grab hold of "we also assess with moderate-to-high confidence that Tehran at a minimum is keeping open the option to develop nuclear weapons" and not let go. I just didn't think they'd do it by lunchtime.
