Perhaps Content Doesn't Want To Be Free

NP: Tool, 10,000 Days

Interesting editorial from one of the Second Life guys. Meanwhile, Amazon gets a bit closer to what I still consider to be the next big game-changer. A friend of mine who works for the Tribune is always giving me shit about not subscribing to a newspaper, but I'm still holding out for digital paper plus ubiquitous wireless access to content. And I would certainly consider paying for it.

They'll have to figure out how to make it possible to do a crossword or a sudoku on one of these things, though.
