On the off chance that anyone involved with YearlyKos reads this, if you like live music and you're looking for something to do Friday night, there's this band playing at this Irish pub in River North...
Diver at Fado (100 West Grand, on the corner of Grand and Clark). 10pm start, no cover.
Although in rock and roll, I think "liberal" is seen as less of a bad word that "progressive." Progressive does seem to be making a comeback.
