It's hard to frame tribal warlords declaring war on their nominal government as a positive, but in this case, it might force Musharraf to actually clamp down on al-Queda elements in his country. Of course, it might also bring down his government and destroy even the token assistance Pakistan gives us with the terrorist network, and it's not like we can help quell this uprising with our spare military forces.
