More To The Housing Bubble Than Just Houses

This NYT article doesn't speak to the Chicago market specifically, but it's what I've suspected is happening/going to happen for quite a while now. I just don't see how all this condo construction can possibly sustain itself.
I'm still a good year and a half from seriously thinking about buying, but that could change if the market conditions make it too good a deal to pass up.
