NP: Lollapalooza Rhapsody mix
I would be really curious to hear what Edward Tufte would have to say about this. On the one hand, Tufte likes complex visual representations, but only if they actually convey meaning. This is more likely that kind of typical overuse of stock Powerpoint conventions that inspired Tufte's essay on the subject.
If bad Powerpoint slides can be tied to one of the contributing conflicts that eventually brings about World War III -- or maybe the end times, if the evangelicals get their wish -- Tufte is going to have, quite literally, the last laugh.
