Justin Rood tries to wax rhapsodic about the Valerie Plame Wilson press conference:
Indeed, the Plame suit appears to have stirred up heady memories for these D.C. reporters: summer, scandal, lawsuits and the White House, with a beautiful woman at the middle.
I'm sorry, but beautiful woman? Am I being crass and superficial if I can't figure out who in that whole mess would be considered beautiful? The best answer I can come up with is Hillary. Or, six years after the fact, Chelsea. Unless Rood is talking about something else entirely, but he makes reference to Ken Starr as well.
