NP: The Flaming Lips, At War With The Mystics
Okay, that was weird. I'm streaming the new Flaming Lips album off of Rhapsody -- I'm in one of those phases where I load up on a bunch of new releases -- and this track called "Mr. Ambulance Driver" comes on. It's got some sirens in the background, but it seemed a bit excessive, even for a band as strange as the Lips. Taking the headphones off for a minute, it seems like there was some ambulance and fire truck-related activity out on LaSalle at that precise moment.
Weird little coincidence, is all. You may now return to whatever it was you were doing.
