The Meme Picks Up Steam

Now that they've picked it up, Daily Kos is running with this absurd notion that Barack Obama's election has anything to do with liberal bloggers. Couldn't have possibly had anything to do with, you know, running unopposed.
Yes, this really is bothering me.
It could be that Obama has voiced support for the likes of dKos and netroots in general, but the claim continues to read like the netroots campaigns are responsible for his election. This is just flat-out false, and it does a real disservice to the bigger efforts across the Democratic party for relevance.
Once again, this is why I consider myself relentlessly independent, and felt sorta dirty the one time I voted in a Democratic primary.
