NP: Cartoon Network
I caught the tail end of "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" tonight when I got home from work, and it struck me that Bill O'Reilly and the rest of the "War on Christmas" crowd must never have seen the animated classic. If they did, they would maybe get that it's not about whether or not the card or the sales circular says the word "Christmas." The holiday is about what the people who celebrate it make it about. None of the rest of it is important.
Of course, of the people who celebrate it make it about a war with other cultures, that sort of pokes a hole in the logic.
