Wishful Thinking

Saw this on the Sun-Times website, and took a screenshot just in case they figure it out:
Now, I'm as, er, bullish on the Bulls as the next guy, but usually the standings go in some kind of order.
As was the case last year, it looks like once the team can either consistently put together four quarters of strong play, or play well enough for three that they can absorb that lousy third quarter, they'll do well. Of course, random ordering aside, the question is whether or not that will be enough in the Central Division of the Eastern Conference.
And the Eddy Curry trade is looking, um, Sweetney-er by the day.
