Some background: We've been using a wiki in our department as a repository for information and knowledge transfer. At some point, it started to be called the wookie, which is neither here nor there, but provides some fun context. Today, in our weekly departmental meeting, my boss explains that we've got a revved version of the application that should make it more efficient.
Someone asked what this new wiki platform was, and my boss said it was something called TWiki. So I commented on how we've moved from Star Wars to Buck Rodgers in the 24th Century.
Out of about 32 people in the room, I think 2 got the reference.
I'm old.
Way to go, Buck.
