Is it me, or does Tom Friedman seem to be subtly trying to influence what he believes may be an imminent -- or at least near-term -- terrorist attack to be carried out somewhere other than New York City?
While he does float a scenario involving lower Manhattan, his most explicit examples of what might happen involve car bombs in Las Vegas and Chicago. Thanks, Tom. Really. Why don't you draw a big target on the Sears Tower while you're at it?
