I would just like to point out that the Dow ended up on my birthday, after being down for Bush's inauguration and pretty much not moving for the State of the Union address. The NASDAQ was down for both, and also up today.
I'm not suggesting this means Wall Street has more confidence in my leadership than that of our president, although I certainly wouldn't try to dissuade you of that notion.
