Homeland Security, Protecting Us From Road Rage

Okay, it's really easy to gripe about the bureaucratic mess that is the Department of Homeland Security, or the Orwellian dystopia implied by Chicago's use of surveillance cameras, but if the two ultimately combine to make driving easier (see the very end of this Sun-Times story), I'm cool with both of 'em.
